Our group sessions are free of charge. All expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a cohort or used our digital program extensively, wish to give to others the opportunity to also benefit.

    Join groups of 3 to 12 people to start feeling better & to make new friends.

    Donation-based

    Our sessions are held free of charge. Expenses are met by donations from people who, having completed a cohort, wish to give others the opportunity to also benefit. People usually donate โ‚ฌ175-250. The more you donate, the more we'll be able to offer accessible sessions to those in need.

    You're feeling down in between sessions or need someone to vent to? Reach out to us any time!

  • Safe space

    What happens in the sessions, stays in the sessions. We all agree on confidentiality in the beginning so you can open up. Want to leave your video off? Works! Too shy to talk? We respect that! 

  • Structured program

    In 4-6 sessions you will learn about your chosen path, either perfectionism & self-compassion or emotional intelligence & relationships in theory and practice.
